Rates and Reservations
Rates include breakfast served daily in our restaurant.
Our restaurant is also open daily for lunch and dinner with a full bar, at an additional charge.
The rates also includes full use of all our facilities including, lake boats, tennis courts, bicycles and hiking. We also can arrange for babysitting.
There is a 9% Sales Tax (6% PA Sales Tax and 3% Wayne County Sales Tax).
In lieu of a gratuity a 15% service charge will be added to the room rate.
Payment can be made with MasterCard or Visa.
All rates are subject to change without notice..
Deposit Policy
A deposit of one night is required. The deposit is forfeited if one departs before the final date of reservation. Refund will be made only if cancelled 14 days in advance of arrival date. A $25.00 fee is taken if cancelled up to that time. Deposits may be transferred to other dates at the discretion of the Innkeepers.
Check-In Time: From 2 p.m.
Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.
(Arrangements can be made for late check-out at the discretion of the Innkeepers)

Children under the age of 12 sharing a room with parents are free (using bedding available in the room, if cot or crib is required, the rental charge is $10 per day).
Children eat free (available to children age 12 and under, dining in the restaurant from the children's menu and when accompanied by a family member dining from the regular menu. For registered guests only. Limit 2 children per dining family. Not available with negotiated rates.
