Reservations
All of our room and cottage rates include a breakfast served
daily in our restaurant. All rates include full use of the
facilities including lake boats, tennis courts, bicycles and
hiking. In addition, we can arrange for babysitting while you
are with us.
There is a 9% Sales Tax (6%
PA Sales tax and 3% Wayne County Sales tax)
and in lieu of
gratuity, a 15% service charge will be added to the room
rate. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
We are a
pet-friendly inn!
There is a $10 per night surcharge if your pet
accompanies you (subject to cottage room availability).

Children eat free (available to children age 12 and under, dining in the restaurant from the children's menu and when accompanied by a family member dining from the regular menu. For registered guests only. Limit 2 children per dining family. Not available with negotiated rates.

Deposit Policy:
A deposit of one night is required. Refund will be made only if
cancelled 14 days in advance of arrival date. A $25.00 fee is
taken if cancelled up to that time. Deposits may be transferred
to other dates at the discretion of the innkeepers. A penalty
will be charged for early departure.
