Our chef, Hari Beth Schwartz,
is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science,
majoring in Culinary Arts. Hari Beth began her career as an
intern at the The Black Dog Tavern & Bakery on Martha’s
Vineyard, MA and went on to work at the Sonnenalp Resort in
Vail, Colorado. Before joining the Inn culinary staff, Hari Beth
was the morning sous chef at the Vineyard Golf Club, a private
club located on Martha’s Vineyard. At the Inn, Hari Beth has
added her own unique taste and skills to the menus.
Hari Beth is joined by pastry
chef Mary Reyes, a 23 year veteran of the Inn. Mary makes all of
the bread, pastries, pies and cakes as well as the ice creams
and sorbets. You’ll be tempted for sure to try her award winning
sour cream apple pie!
We offer a distinctive list of
wines and will be happy to recommend the perfect wine to
compliment your meal selection.
